Made from GLUTEN-FREE seeds, grains, and root flours

FOR BEST QUALITY:

 

  • FRESH (eat plain or with butter/olive oil)
    • Eat fresh within 1-2 days.
    • Store in a bag on counter (not fridge).

    • Once bread dries a bit:

      • Store in refrigerator for longer life.

      • Toast, french toast, etc...

      • To make "fresh" again, microwave slice for a few seconds.

    • Throw out if bread gets moldy.

 

  • FROZEN
    • Can keep loaf frozen for 2-3 weeks.
    • Thaw loaf at room temperature for a few hours.
    • Even months old frozen bread can be revived (see below)

 

  • MAKE "FRESH" BAKED FULL LOAF
    • First: microwave a full loaf of bread
      • For an already thawed loaf, microwave for 1-2 mins at normal power.
      • For a frozen loaf, microwave for 3-4 mins at normal power.
      • If using low/defrost, double/triple above times.
    • Second: bake that loaf in oven at 400 for 5 mins.
    • Wait 1-2 hours.
    • Will taste like it was freshly baked!!!
